Just use your imagination

I pass Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center on a daily/nightly basis. I have always thought that it looks like....

Forgive the poor photo quality. The best angle is from the interstate and you can't really stop and snap a photo out there.

Just use your imagination.

Somewhere in the world, a high school chemistry teacher is shedding a tear of joy.

Ha ha ha. I would have never come up with that, but that is a bit uncanny.

Woo hoo, letting our nerd flag fly today!

My high school chemistry teacher was glad to get rid of me. I performed poorly to say the least.

max, you're a visual genius.

My chemistry teacher, Mr. Jones, hated me too! I barely got a C, my only non A in high school, and that was only because I did every extra credit opportunity possible. I nearly failed every test. I suck at chemistry.

My chemistry teacher used to squirt water on me and a few others in class to keep us from falling asleep. Needless to say, chemistry had a hard time holding my attention.

My chemistry teacher was named Mr. V and he was awesome! he played songs from the 70's and 80's to correspond with his experiments.

Example: He played "you dropped the bomb on me" when he made a little home-made bomb in class (which, thinking back, was that ok to be making?)

I also got asked to prom in that class by the guy behind me. He handed me his graphing calculator which read "WILL YOU GO TO PROM WITH ME?" I typed back "YES."

all in all, chemistry class was pretty sweet and wonderfully nerdy.

Oh wow. I'd never have that of that, but you're right.

As for chemistry, I had a 80 year old psycho teaching us, and for whatever reason, she decided that I was her favorite lab guinea pig. Fun times.

I suppose it's appropriate that the real-life "hydrogen" is both separated from the rest of the (characteristically melting) alkali metals...and that it's on fire.

Wax. Correct.

I think we are about to get a new addition to the table...synthetic, obviously. Someone should tell a janitor over there to turn another light on.
